This cabinet is considered to be “Universal” because it can be attached to almost any monaural organ with the appropriate connector kit. It is also used on Hammond “G-G” consoles because of it’s similarity to the 122.
While the amplifier is essentially the same as the earlier 47, the 147 replaced the 47 and introduced 2 speed operation (Tremolo and Chorale).
