Leslie Model 12

Designed “for the Thomas organ”, this small cabinet features an 8 inch speaker firing into a rotating drum not unlike the units found in the Vibratone, 16, and 18 models. Unlike those models, this one likely was controlled via dedicated tabs on the organ it’s self and so had no foot switch from the factory.

It is unknown if the black finish pictured is original or not.
